COVID PROTOCOLS

Given the current COVID-19 situation, we expect the school to continue to function on an 'online' mode for the 2021-2022 academic year. It isn’t clear when in-person classes will resume yet.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the school has been working from an 'online' mode since September of 2020.  It is uncertain when 'in-person' classes will begin. However, it may be mentioned here that Zoom Kids’ 'online' classes have also been extremely well received,  thanks largely to the whole-hearted participation of our parents and teachers.

ADMISSIONS

The school year starts during the 1st week of June every year. Children are admitted to all the classes, even though, generally, most of the vacancies are in the Pre-KG class.  Students without any prior pre-school exposure are generally not admitted into the UKG class directly.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1. AFTER ZOOM KIDS

Your child should be old enough to join a regular school when they pass out of Zoom Kids which is generally at 5 1/2 years of age or above.

  • 2. LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

It’s better for students in the same age group and level of growth to stay in similar classes, so they have a healthy learning environment

  • 3. MATURITY

Students must be able to spend a full class period or school day without their parents or caretakers.

Zoom Kids works from 9 AM to 1.00 PM only.

The school does not have its own transport, and parents have to make their own arrangements for this.

Parents may please note that the school will not be open on weekends, during the summer vacations, and public holidays.

During these days, the landline will not be picked up.

The school does not encourage casual (unannounced) visits without prior scheduling.

Parents who want admission for their children are encouraged to visit the school with their child, strictly by appointment.

Zoom Kids does not give admission-related information over the telephone.
